Keishia offers a menu of classes that include strength, dance, cycling, and mind and body:

 

 

BODYPUMP™ is the original LES MILLS™ barbell class that will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! Great bodies aren't born, they are transformed, using the proven BODYPUMP™ formula: THE REP EFFECT™ a breakthrough in resistance workout training. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.

 

 

LES MILLS™ The Trip takes proven fitness classes like cycle, and wraps it in a rich layer of graphics meant to reinvent everything you know about exercise. The movement and music of The Trip is synchronised with video content screen in a purpose-built studio. We call it Immersive Fitness, and it is an integration of technology, exercise education, and creative design. 

 

 

GUḍḍīYANA YOGA is a powerful practice that combines a vigorous vinyasa yoga flow series with extended standing balance and floor stretch moves. Keishia's yoga classes build strength, stamina and flexibility and peace of body and mind. Keishia's own pregnancy for her daughter, Arya brought her to the mat as a certified prenatal yoga instructor. She holds a sacred space for mothers, helps them build confidence, reduces stress, and increases a sense of health, well-being, and bonding time for mommy and baby. 

 

 

DanceFIT - is a high energy, cardio intensive workout, designed to shed pounds and tone your body. Learn dance routines based on varied musical genres, such Pop, Latin, Hip-Hop, Caribbean, Ol’ School, Bollywood, and other international chart toppers. Keishia is an enthusiastic and energetic instructor and creates a friendly class vibe, participants will instantly feel successful and take their dance fitness to the next level.
