GUḍḍīyana Private Yoga Classes

Learning privately in your home or place of business is a powerful way to begin or deepen your yoga practice. Each session is designed specifically for your body, your goals, and your life—offering a more personal, supportive, and responsive approach than a group class.

Keishia offers private yoga sessions for individuals, couples, prenatal clients, and small groups. Her work is rooted in over a decade of teaching experience, blending thoughtful sequencing, breath-centered movement (pranayama), and a deep understanding of the body.

 

Her vinyasa-based practice emphasizes fluid transitions, strong and intelligent sequencing, and the integration of breath with movement. Sessions can include sun salutations, balance work, and inversions for more experienced students, or be adapted toward gentle, restorative, and therapeutic practices focused on stress relief and overall wellbeing.

 

Keishia’s approach weaves together physical challenge with mindfulness, incorporating meditation, mantra, and subtle energetic work to support both body and mind. Whether you are building strength, recovering balance, or seeking a grounded reset, each session is designed with intention and care.

 

Keishia completed her 200-hour teacher training at Goda Yoga in Culver City, with a foundation in classical yoga philosophy, the Yoga Sutras, and functional anatomy. She also completed her prenatal yoga training through the Yoga Education Institute.

Rates

Private sessions are offered in your home for convenience and ease.

  • $120 per person for a 60-minute private session (includes travel)

  • Small group sessions (2–4 people) available upon request, with a minimum rate $250

A limited number of private clients are accepted to ensure consistency, care, and a personalized experience. Please reach out for availability and to discuss your goals.
